Our leadership team brings decades of expertise to each project. Co-owner Joe Salyers has over 40 years of experience in cast-in-place construction, having worked on large-scale projects such as Universal Studios’ Island of Adventure and Amazon’s Gardendale Tower. Joe’s extensive field knowledge and dedication to excellence ensure that every project meets the highest standards of quality.

 

Co-owner Aaron Skeesick, with a background in Construction Management and over 18 years in the construction industry, leads our office operations, including project estimating, contract management, and financial oversight. Aaron’s focus on precision and client satisfaction complements Joe’s field expertise, creating a balanced partnership that drives our success.
